These consult times cannot be rescheduled. Dr. Jannen Tan and David Yu is setting aside time to see you, and if someone cancels, that space cannot always be refilled.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48-hours notice via phone. If you do not provide 48-hours notice of a cancellation, you will not be eligible to claim any future special offers through NewTeeth.net

We work very hard at NewTeeth.net to make it as easy as possible for you to get the help you need from highly experienced dental implant surgeons. Unfortunately, in the past our guest speaker offered free consults without a deposit and 8 people in one week just didn't show up to their scheduled free consult.

This is highly disruptive to our guest speakers. So unfortunately we've had to introduce a booking deposit.

The consult really is free, however you need to pre-pay a $30 refundable booking deposit to secure an appointment time.

On the day of your appointment, the team will notify us that you've attended and your refund will be issued on the day of your consult. It can take between 4-7 days for our payment processor to return the $30 to your account.

This means that within one week of attending your appointment, the full $30 will be back in your bank account.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48-hours notice, you will not receive the $30 booking deposit back.
